Who we are

Saya is a brand operated by an individual based in Geneva, Switzerland. You can reach us at hello@saya.now.

What data we collect and why

When you sign up on our landing page, we collect your email address. We collect this solely to send you product updates and news about saya's launch. We do not collect any other personal data through this page.

Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection). You gave this consent by checking the box on our sign-up form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email we send you.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If our product does not launch, we will delete all collected addresses within 12 months of this page going live.

Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party services to operate our landing page. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — email delivery and marketing. Your email address is stored on Brevo's servers. Privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy
• Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA) — database storage. Data is stored on servers located in the EU where possible. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy
• Meta Platforms (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — advertising via the Meta Pixel. The Pixel may collect data about your visit to our page (e.g. page views, browser type, IP address) for ad measurement purposes. You can opt out via your Facebook/Instagram ad settings. • Lovable — website hosting and analytics. Privacy policy: lovable.dev/privacy

We do not sell your data to any third party.

International transfers

Supabase may transfer data outside the EEA/Switzerland. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Swiss data protection law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw your consent at any time; lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, fdpic.ch).
